What can we do to help stop the spreading of the virus and stay healthy?
Residents are urged to keep practicing the following guidance provided by Public Health Officers:
Wear a mask in public and in spaces where you are unable to maintain 6 feet from others (Cover your nose and mouth. Make sure the mask fits snugly)
Social distancing (6 feet away from another person)
Washing hands often with soap and water (20 Seconds)
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
Staying home if you are feeling sick
Staying home and only go out for essential activities
Contacting your healthcare provider if you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.
Engage in regular exercise or physical activity
