THINGS TO DO AS THE TERM ENDS

• Term-End Checklist (PDF)
• Board-Elect Activities (PDF)
• Complete and send your board-elect roster to your council president as soon as possible after the election, but no later than May 1st, so that the newly elected board will receive important PTA materials
• Council presidents will submit their unit contact information spreadsheets to dp32@capta.org on or before May 15th
• Council presidents will forward officer contact updates to Thirty-Second District PTA upon receipt from the units
• Update and pass on your procedure book to your successor no later than July 1st
